About Yamina Aouina
For more than 20 years, Yamina has been involved with change and innovation; as a R&D manager, a consultant and a technology foresight and innovation director, her work has always been about translating powerful visions into innovations that bring value to business and enhance the capabilities of people and organizations. Yamina has spent several years in the luxury industry, leading complex Supply Chain Management and transformation projects and supporting brands developing and implementing innovation strategies. Yamina’s scientific background (PhD in Energetics) has shaped her thinking towards research, exploration and the approach of a whole system perspective. A few years ago, Yamina discovered the power of coaching in transforming people and decided to dedicate her time mainly to coaching. She brings her wealth of experience of change into her coaching sessions to help clients in their transition as individuals and organizations. Yamina holds a PhD in Energetics from the university of Stuttgart, an executive MBA from the Danube University in Austria and an executive Coaching Diploma from the AoEC in London.

Gary is a qualified and accredited coach and a member of the International Coach Federation. Gary has a varied background including: business to business sales in blue chip organisations; a qualified school teacher; Management lecturer at Further Education College and an academic and researcher at Loughborough University for 10 years where he was Director of Research for the Centre of Automotive Management; Head of the Aberystwyth and Bangor Universities’ Strategic Alliance; Director of Research, Business & Innovation at Aberystwyth University; Assistant Director at the Leadership Foundation and Senior Advisor with Advance HE. Gary brings his breadth of experience into his coaching and leadership development programmes in a considered way. Gary is an energising facilitator with an ability to development trust, commitment and a fun learning environment for course participants. Gary is passionate about equality.
