Leadership coaching

Leading in nowadays context equals navigating high grades of complexity. Organizations have grown into large and hybrid ecosystems; advances in technology want quick change and adaptation; and, conditions for economic performance are harsh and people need vision, guidance and reasons that keep them motivated and engaged. 

In our Leadership Coaching, we help our clients to understand the patterns underlying their behaviours and how they respond/react to these daily challenges; this will enable them to develop and initiate actions for change. We guide them towards self-awareness to enhance their presence and affirm their leadership style. Together, we assess the quality of their interaction with teams and environment and the impact they generate. Our personalized, multi-dimensional coaching offers a large field of actionable insights for inspired high-level leadership development.

Team Coaching

Teams can achieve big when common goals are agreed and understood, personal qualities and contributions are acknowledged, collaboration stimulated and when communication flows; but very often, dysfunctions settle in the complexities of team’s dynamics and erode their motivation and performance. 

With our Team Coaching, we help the team members to dissect their ways of working and identify the patterns and behaviours underneath the surface. In understanding the triggers of unwanted situations, they can transform and create a new dynamic. In learning and working together on their own development, team members will discover their potential and new possibilities for responsibility, collective intelligence and high quality of relationships will open up. 

 
 
 

Changing organisations

Crises force change, we are in the midst of it: social distancing led to the use of the home-office for most office workers. While some organisations were familiar with it, others needed a set-up from scratch discovering its implications regarding HR, technology, productivity and collaboration. This is a simple example showing how the environmental context is pushing companies to adapt. 

Besides the specific challenges faced every day, more fundamental questions related to the business itself are evolving such as the value it creates and its relevance in a context of disruption and uncertainty, and these questions are creating discomfort and worry. Emergency responses push to fight symptoms and to plugg the gaps for the sake of short-term survival, impacting dramatically the labour market.

Based on our experience in technology foresight and innovation, we offer the facilitation of interdisciplinary workshops to provide an opportunity for creating momentum for true assessment, exploration and recalibration. In our approach, we focus on the interplay between the qualities that make the uniqueness of the organisation, such as DNA, skills and driving forces, and the potential within its ecosystem e.g. empowering partnerships, shared assets and cross-sector innovations.
